TextbackFast ("TextbackFast," "we," "us") is operated by Drew Bedford as a sole proprietor in Ocala, Florida. TextbackFast sends text message replies to people who call a business and whose call is missed. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Mobile phone numbers of callers who call a business that uses TextbackFast, and the content of text messages exchanged.
- SMS consent records, including when and how consent was given or withdrawn (e.g. STOP requests).
- Business customer account information such as name, business name, email, phone, and billing details.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you use our website.
How we use information
We collect mobile numbers and SMS consent to reply to callers by text after a missed call, to continue that conversation on behalf of the business they called, to honor opt-out and help requests, and to operate, secure, and support the service. We do not sell personal information.
SMS / mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run TextbackFast (such as SMS delivery carriers/messaging platforms and hosting providers) solely to provide the service, with the business you called, or when required by law. These providers may not use the information for their own marketing.
How data is stored and protected
Data is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure in the United States and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the service. We keep message and consent records only as long as needed to provide the service, keep opt-out records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
