These Terms govern use of TextbackFast, operated by Drew Bedford as a sole proprietor in Ocala, Florida. By using the website or service you agree to these Terms.
1. SMS Terms
- Program name: TextbackFast
- Description: When you call a business that uses TextbackFast and the call is missed, you may receive a text message reply from that business to follow up on your call, answer questions, and schedule service.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (352) 292-8550 or email drewbedfordrealty@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. The service
TextbackFast provides software that automatically texts callers back when a business misses their call. Business customers are responsible for using the service lawfully, including obtaining any consent required for messaging.
3. Subscription and billing
The service is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance each billing period at the price shown when you sign up and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with advance notice.
4. 14-day free trial
New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and billing starts at the end of the trial.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or carrier rules.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or messages to people who have opted out.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered or delivered on time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TextbackFast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version.
