In Quo, formerly OpenPhone, calls follow a call flow. Keep Ring users first and add a Forward call step to your TextbackFast number after it.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then your phone number, and edit its call flow.
  2. Keep the Ring users step and set the ring time.
  3. Add a Forward call step after Ring users, as the fallback, and enter your TextbackFast number.
  4. Publish the call flow and check that it is live.

From the Quo Resource Center (Quo Resource Center). Quo forwards to US and Canadian numbers, and notes each forwarded call uses two call legs.
