Admin steps
- Sign in to the Admin Portal and click Phone System › Extensions.
- Edit the extension, click Call Forwarding and toggle Forward Calls on.
- Choose Follow Me.Ring your extension first, then add your TextbackFast number, each for 10 to 60 seconds.
- Save.
Users can do the same in their Online Account under Settings › Call Forwarding › Follow Me. From Vonage Business support (Vonage Business support).
Do not use Send to Ext. or Number. That forwards every call.
